Who we are

Premura is a travel concierge service operated by [TO BE CONFIRMED: registered company legal name], registered at [TO BE CONFIRMED: registered address]. When this policy says "we", "us" or "Premura", it means that company. For anything relating to your personal information, write to hello@premura.net and mark your message "Data protection".

What we collect

We only collect what we need to plan and look after your trip.

• Enquiry forms. Your name, email address, phone number if you share it, the dates and destination you are interested in, and anything you tell us about your plans.
• Booking details. Traveller names, contact details, travel dates, home city or airport for door-to-door arrangements, room and experience choices, and any preferences or requirements you share with us, such as dietary or accessibility notes.
• Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our systems. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, and the last digits of the card.
• Site chat. Our website chat uses automated assistance, and conversations are reviewed by our concierge team so a real person always stands behind the answers. Chat messages are stored so we can follow up on your enquiry.
• Your browser's local storage. We use localStorage to remember where you arrived from (campaign attribution tags) and your preferences, such as currency or language. This stays on your device and is not a tracking cookie.

Our booking data is hosted with Supabase and the website is served by Netlify.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and design your trip.
• To confirm, manage and deliver your booking, including sharing what is needed with the hotel and local partners who host you.
• To take payment and send you receipts and travel documents.
• To stay in touch about your trip before, during and after travel.
• With your consent, to send occasional news from Premura. You can opt out at any time.

Legal bases

Under the GDPR, we rely on: performance of a contract for booking, payment and trip delivery; legitimate interests for answering enquiries, improving the service and keeping basic records; consent for marketing messages and advertising measurement; and legal obligation where accounting or travel rules require us to keep records.

Sharing

We share your information only with the people and services needed to deliver your trip: the hotel and local hosts on your itinerary, transfer and airline partners where flights or transfers are part of your arrangement, Stripe for payments, and Supabase and Netlify as our hosting providers. We never sell your information.

Retention

We keep enquiry details for up to two years after our last contact, and booking and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Email hello@premura.net and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority in [TO BE CONFIRMED: jurisdiction].

Cookies and advertising

The site works without advertising cookies. Advertising pixels (such as Meta or Pinterest) are built into the site but only load after their IDs are set and your consent has been obtained. Until then, nothing is sent to advertising platforms. Local storage, described above, is used only for attribution and your preferences.
